Acupuncture
Mark has 15 years of experience performing acupuncture for pain relief. He finds trigger point release acupuncture especially effective. This is used for releasing tight muscles that you could also release with sports massage techniques.
Rehabilitation
Mark will do everything he can to get you back to your best health and fitness. This is achieved through selecting evidenced based treatment, which is then centred around your goals and aspirations.
About Mark
Mark qualified in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) physiotherapy degree from Brighton University. He worked at Ipswich Town Football Club for 9 years, which has given him extensive experience with professional athletes and a valuable insight into the stages of recovery. He is also trained in acupuncture and a myofascial technique known as 'Structural Integration'.
